Tool does not operate

Main PCB abnormal

Based on the inspection file, use a multimeter to measure the PCB and provide the inspection results and working condition.

PCB-Start abnormal

PCB-Changeover abnormal

Motor abnormal

Communication abnormal

(E5 error code)

Cross-check and verify whether the issue is caused by the screwdriver, connection cable, or controller. If the screwdriver is confirmed to be defective, replace the Main PCB.

Motor temperature overheating

(E4 error code)

Wait for a period of time for the tool to cool down.

Brake signal abnormal

(E8 error code)

Rotate the BIT. If the clutch is already stuck, rotate it manually. If E8 occurs frequently, the Pilot Rod should be adjusted by 0.1 mm.

The push rod/fixture is cracked

Replace the push rod/fixture.

Clutch is worn or damaged

Remove the clutch and start the tool to confirm whether the motor can operate normally. Replace the clutch.

Connection cable damaged

Replace the connection cable.

Power supply damaged

Replace the power supply. Based on the inspection file, inspect the power supply.

Signal box abnormal

Replace the signal box.

Tool run without press the trigger

PCB Start abnormal

Based on the inspection file, use a multimeter to measure the PCB and provide the inspection results and working condition.

Magnet detached from the board

Replace the board.

Unable to shut-off

Clutch Pilot Rod too short

Replace the Pilot Rod.

PCB-Brake abnormal

Based on the inspection file, use a multimeter to measure the PCB and provide the inspection results and working condition.

Abnormal sound

Clutch is worn or damaged

Replace the clutch.

Motor abnormal

Replace the motor.

Maximum torque output is insufficient

Clutch is worn or damaged

Replace the clutch.

Torque spring has lost elasticity

due to fatigue

Replace the torque spring.
